THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

LIONEL JOSEPH CAMPBELL, 53 and of St Augustins Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on March 24, 2023. He was fined £450 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

LIAM BRODERICK, 36 and of Sandy Lane in Upton, admitted drink driving in Stanfield Road in Poole on March 4. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being found with two bags of Ketamine in Stanfield Road in Poole on March 4. He was disqualified from driving for 46 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

HARRISON ARCHER, 27 and of Hogwarth Way in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of vehicle interference after interfering with a jaguar in Parsonage Road in Bournemouth on January 10, and four cars in Richmond Gardens Car Park in Bournemouth on February 29, with the intention to commit an offence of theft. He admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place after being in possession of a 12cm kitchen knife in Horseshoe Common in Bournemouth on February 29. He also admitted theft from a motor vehicle after stealing Gucci sunglasses and £4 in change from a vehicle in Bournemouth on December 29, 2023. He was jailed for three months.

JAMIE EDNEY, 31 and of Eastern Street in Portland, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Weymouth on March 3. He was handed a community order lasting until June 22, 2026, with alcohol abstinence and monitoring.

JOSHUA HAYWARD, 31 and of South Perrott, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Bridport on October 26, 2023. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging his victim’s mobile phone to the value of £300, also in Bridport on October 26, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 22, 2026, with alcohol abstinence and monitoring, and a restraining order was made for the victim. He was also ordered to pay £400 in compensation.

PADDY JOHN MCCANN. 22 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £50.

BONNIE WALSH, 19 and of Lydford Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of assault by beating after assaulting a man in Fir Vale Road in Bournemouth on January 6. She was fined £180, ordered to pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £72.

ROBYN CHESTER, 19 and of Oxford Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing food and drink valued at £7.55 from Co-op petrol station in Holdenhurst Road on October 15, 2023. She also admitted four charges of criminal damage to property at Bournemouth police station. These were damaging a wall in police custody on February 18, damaging police vehicles on February 21, damaging a Renault Clio on February 21, and causing damage to the value of £2038.71 at Poole Law Courts on September 14, 2023. She also admitted having an article with intent to destroy / damage property, after being in possession of paint and eggs in police custody in Bournemouth on February 18. She was handed a community order lasting until April 23, 2025, with rehabilitation activity requirements.
