IT’S amazing how generous Echo readers can be.
Yesterday we printed a story about heartless thieves stealing Christmas lights from the garden of a children’s hospice.
Today we can publish an article saying how kind people have rallied round to help Julia’s House. An online fundraising page has raised more than £2,000, B and Q dropped off some lights and Cherries star Harry Arter has offered to pay to replace the equipment.
It just goes to show that the true spirit of Christmas is alive and well in Dorset.
