Another piece of the jigsaw
THE latest attraction in Bournemouth has been unveiled. And while some people lament the loss of the Pier Theatre, many times that number will welcome its replacement.
Around £3m has been invested in the Rock Reef centre and its operator hopes to attract 50,000 visitors a year. A sneak preview can be found on page five today and it’s already clear that it will attract local residents as well as tourists. The timing of its launch, straight after the success of the first Wheels Festival, was perfect.
