Fundraising group do a fantastic job

MANY congratulations to Margaret Neville and the Friends of the Eye Unit and everybody who helped to raise £200k for the new eye day surgery unit at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
However, it is a sad sign of the current times that neither the Government or the NHS were involved and it was left to private individuals, as usual, to raise the funds for this much needed unit.
