Car park scrapes are so expensive

WHY is it that people can commit the crime of leaving the scene of an accident in a car park and get away with it scot free.

I drive a classic ’80s car which, when I bought it, every panel was straight.

I have had it six months and have had two scrapes on the corner of the bumpers, four dents in the door, one caused by an old lady swinging her door open so hard it made me think I had been shot at.

If I was incompetent enough to scrape someone else’s car I would leave my details or even offer to just pay for the repairs but no, it’s a car park so anything goes.

So, remember next time you hit an old car in a car park it costs a lot of money and time and is a crime like any other.

I always try to park in the furthest corner in the car park and on the end of a row if possible, I have a beautiful soft top which has a ding in nearly every panel, it annoys me every time i wash it seeing them there, but I begrudge getting them repaired because it will only happen again :(
I must ask though if the old lady hit your car so hard you had been shot at you must have been there when she did it.
Didn't you make her pay for the damage?
