It is such a simple field experiment to monitor the effect on ground temperature a small injection of Co2 could bring to a tall air-tight save at the top transparent stucture that I cannot believe it has not been done and that the outcome did not support the GW theory.   Obtain from the IPCC the UK Data set from 1659 to 2010 for 52 Deg North. Enter into the XCEL. Graph it. Enter trend line.Fom 1659 to 1998 it rose slightly, but from 1659 to 2010 the line rises only very slightly.The only visible upward trend is from 1960 to 2002 which is short term extracted from the graph and used to dupe the ignorant into support for the Global warming Theory.The short term rise over a mere 40 years proves nothing at all but can be used to say.The 10 hottest summer on record have occurred in the last 20 years.The 8 warmest's winters have occurred in the last 30 years.The 9 highest temperature peaks in the UK have occurred in the last 25 years and so on.
  When in reality all we are seeing is the slight trend line rise which has risen since the end on the last ice age along with sea levels and is a totally natural occurring event and is not connected by any means to this slight increase in the trace gas CO 2 which had we lacked we would all be frozen blocks of ice.
  Current CO 2 levels are at a dangerously low level which have only occurred once before in the last 600 million and lead to the extinction of all previous from's of plant life.The current plants around us being shadows of their former selves having had to adapt to starvation levels of CO 2. Death of even these heavily adapted plants occurs at levels below 180ppm.
  The transparent tower, open at the top is a good idea which no one is going to build because:-
  The current ideology of sinful man and his CO 2 emissions better scientifically replaces the previous 2000's years of sinful man with his savior on the cross, has now it's own scientific High Priesthood, and it's own funding from adoring adherents and owes it's existence to the strange habit man has for always feeling guilty for something. Whether it be ,killing God or Killing the planet, man somehow always manages to make himself guilty of some great imaginary crime for which all must pay .Usually through the nose, to some elevated Priesthood.
  Man made Global warming is for the Western World the new "expiation of our sins" religion to which all must bow down and pay homage, and pay and pay or else!.The secret to expiation of sins is always in the paying.You pay!.
  And that sums up the current quasi - religion of the new Sin. The Man created , Planet destroying, Global Warming and the dangerous nature of its most vociferous adherent Priests. .The upside to the new religion is the generation of wealth during the creation of vast awe inspiring devices spanning horizons, for what else would such crime and religion require?. Humans did it all before during the creation of Temples, Shrines, Mosques and Cathedrals. Does it hurt? Financially it's like tithing. Does it do any good? It creates wealth and generates work. Will it expiate our sin.? To many , mans existence is in itself a sin so it depends upon your frame of reference whether mans existence and work is a crime against nature and therefore a sin but Man induced Global Warming is a not real and therefore not a sin.If you must have a sin go and find something more reliable than CO2."
