WHAT do young people think of health and social care services in Poole? With the proposed NHS reforms and cuts to socialcare, it’s really important that we all have a say in the future of our services. Poole LINk (Local Involvement Network) wants to encourage everyone to get involved.
The LINk gathers local peoples’ views and then works with the NHS and the council to improve services.
For the next couple of months, we’ll be doing everything we can to listen to young people.
If you’re 25 or under and you live, go to school/college or work in Poole, please help us by filling in our Youth Survey.
It’s available to complete online at www.poolelink.org.uk or call Louise on 0300 111 0102 for paper copies and more information.
