Having recently been registered disabled and with a terminal disability I was issued with a blue badge.
I would like to own up to being the person around the Westbourne area leaving a note on windscreens if the vehicle is parked in a disabled parking space and not displaying a blue badge.
I go into Westbourne a lot and hardly a day goes by when I don’t put a note on at least one car, and on Friday there were three cars all parked together in one disabled parking bay.
I spoke to the traffic warden a few weeks ago about this and was told she had never found a problem! From past experience with Bournemouth council, I know their lethargic attitude means nothing will happen.
