RIGHT now I am really confused over who to vote for in this forthcoming general election.

Over my fairly long life, I have always voted Labour and somewhat midstream, even put my mark on the Liberal Democrats but soon voted for Labour once again. However, just of late I moved over to Ukip.

I have never voted Conservative in my life, yet to me, Theresa May is beginning to sound like Labour and even Ukip all rolled into one. I am just waiting for her to also go ‘Green’.

I, along with many, voted for coming out of the EU. No side deals or easy other options, just completely leaving the EU with no strings attached. That also includes no ‘Half-Brexit’ in which many other parties or people appear to desire.

Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour Party appear to want such a ‘half-deal’. The Liberal Democrats want to start all over again and have another referendum until it suits their needs. Ukip, without Farage, don’t appear to know where they are going and are slowly diluting my once true dedication.

So for once in my lifetime I am left with a Conservative vote. I get the feeling that Theresa May is talking my language in many things other than Brexit. As said, she appears to stand up for the working class, the Brexiteers who want more control over our borders and her fight against ‘benefit scroungers’. I also get the feeling that she will fight the European Union for a good deal or no deal!

However, I have never trusted the Conservative Party: they do tend to look after their elite own. I feel so suspicious that maybe May is attempting to flock in the many Ukip (once Labour voters like myself), to come on board with her.

Theresa May has always been pro-EU, yet now has suddenly changed. I ask, is her clever stance to not only captivate Labour/UKIP/Brexiteers into a false sense of security – to not only achieve an overwhelming vote into Parliament, but also to override everything we once other people (Parties), believed in.

As said, I am not only confused, I am also scared over who to vote for on June the eighth!
