Thanks to NHS 111 - you made me believe in service again
I HAD to use the 111 service on New Year’s Eve as my 80-year-old mum was unwell.
From the moment I first phoned I had nothing but helpfulness and kindness.
People are so quick to complain but I felt I had to praise the system and Fran, Lauren, a doctor I spoke to but can’t remember his name and Chris the specialist paramedic who came out to mum (he was with us for over an hour).
A very big thank you to all of them. It makes me believe in the NHS system again.
