Another summer, same irritants on the seafront
ANOTHER summer, and sadly the usual irritants on the seafront.
People brazenly walking their dogs on the beach and them swimming among the children.
Cyclists causing distress to other Prom users when they are banned from cycling.
Mass littering of the area around the main Pier.
And another summer of virtually absent enforcement by seafront staff.
Will things ever improve?
