Since the article printed in Bournemouth Echo May 9 about Northbourne GP surgery being assessed as “inadequate”, we’ve received dozens of phone calls and emails from patients.
We’d like to thank everyone who’s taken the time to tell us what they think.
Some people have told us that they are happy with the service they receive at Northbourne GP surgery, but many more have told us they have serious concerns.
We’ll share the feedback we’ve gathered with the Care Quality Commission (without identifying anyone) so that they can work with the GP surgery to make the improvements needed and ensure that all their patients have a positive experience in the future.
