WELL done to 24-year-old Nathalie Irons, who is doing a jump from a plane to raise money for charity as she has blood cancer.
There should be more information given out on the causes of blood diseases.
I have an encouraging story. Researcher Edward Priestley developed severe aplastic anaemia (bone marrow destruction) from workplace chemicals and doctors didn’t think he’d survive.
But, decades later, his blood count is normal. He found the causes included toxic chemicals, radiation and certain medical drugs.
Benzene is a proven cause and yet is used by industry!
By avoiding such causes and eating healthily, he survived and helps others.
It is no magic cure – just natural information to give the body a better chance.
The EU admits that many chemicals were allowed into common use without proper safety tests to see if they cause cancer.
Professor Andreas Kortenkamp, of Brunel University, said chemicals can interfere with the human system and must be reduced.
Prevention would save so much suffering. I hope Nathalie and her friend raise lots of funds for the charity.
