I HAVE heard many complaints about the Royal Bournemouth Hospital lately.

I was recently discharged from there after spending ten days in the stroke unit and I would like to say how kind and caring all the staff were.

It was a really happy ward from the sister downwards.

One hears so many complaints and people do not always trouble to write and say why they are impressed with anything.

I think all the staff should be commended as although they were obviously very understaffed at times, we did not hear any complaint or grumbling from them.

The doctors also deserve praise for their attitudes and hard work.
