I AM sending an appeal out to as many people as I possibly can.
On Tuesday, August 24 I was visiting bridal shops in the Parkstone and Ashley Cross area with a friend and her daughter helping to choose a wedding dress.
At some point during this trip my late great grandmother’s wedding ring, which is a very small size, as I have small fingers, must have slipped from my finger in the rain.
I am heartbroken and appeal to anyone who might find something like this to contact me.
It is a traditional shaped wedding ring, hallmarked 22 carat gold and would have been made around 1919.
Even if you find one like this in another area please contact me just in case.
If found please contact Diana on 01202 603853 or 07443649366. Many thanks.
