DOES the triumph of David Cameron at the polls enhance the prospects of the Navitus Bay wind farm?
It was after all Mr Cameron who, through the agency of The Crown Estates, first solicited foreign companies to take over development of Britain’s coastal waters.
The electorate has now given him a clear mandate to honour his obligations to those companies that accepted his offer in good faith, and invested heavily in such projects as Navitus.
