I WAS extremely unhappy to discover that the land train by the beach no longer sells single tickets, but instead requires you to purchase a day pass.
My wife and I have used the train frequently with our four-year-old grandson to travel between the pier and Durley Chine.
He loves to ride in it and he is sometimes too tired to walk back from town. It is ridiculous to expect us to pay for two adult day passes (at £5 per person ) to go a few thousand yards along the beach. I appreciate they want a profit, but they have now lost three regular customers and disappointed a small child.
