THANK you to the kind folk at Poole Quay on Wednesday morning March 18, who helped my mother Margaret and myself after her fall crossing the road from the quay towards the pottery.
All their names escape me, but they directed traffic, phoned 999 and administered first aid, all calmly and efficiently.
To show such kindness to two strangers shows that Poole must have some exceptional residents, who are a credit to society.
Our thanks also go to the paramedics and staff of Poole hospital, who cared for my mother so professionally.
You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful A&E department in Poole.
