‘RULE Britannia, Britannia Rules the Waves’ proudly sung with such heart and soul at the Last Night of the Proms, will have little meaning and be a mockery if the Navitus wind farm is built.
Britain will no longer be ruling its own waves, neither protect its own sacred coastline. How sad.
For those liking to take boat trips to see wind farms, surely it should be built somewhere with little other attractions where it would be welcomed.
We have such beautiful natural areas to show our visitors for a truly magical experience, they should be saved.
