THIS is in reference to the article in the Echo recently.
Poole Hospital is saying it needs to save £7million next year. Well, why wait till then?
Savings could be made straight away by turning off light switches. I was an inpatient not so long ago in Poole and every light was on in the ward that I stayed in.
There was no need for it.
Around my bed eight different lights were left on and also all corridor ceiling lights and wall lights are all left on.
It is so unnecessary.
We turn lights off at home, so why not at work?
