Santa could walk instead
I FAIL to see how a crush of people in Falklands Square for a switch on of lights is any less dangerous than a mass of people and all the encumbrances including street furniture, walking through a pedestrian area lined with shops.
After all that’s where people go all the time.
I suggest instead of a vehicle Santa walks from the Quay to the Dolphin Centre, after all our town crier is able to walk this without a problem.
