I HAVE just read, with interest, the councillor’s correspondence about the regeneration of Boscombe.
I was fortunate enough to have missed Mr Cooper’s letter though I have no doubt that, like most of those I have read by this correspondent, it bore no resemblance to life in the real world and as is generally the case offered absolutely nothing constructive.
I also note the comments of those on-line who hide behind aliases.
What a shame they are not prepared to publicly identify themselves and make a worthwhile contribution.
It is all too easy to give yourself a witty name and come out with self entertaining remarks.
Perhaps they could actually turn up at a local homewatch meeting or Boscombe Forum and contribute some sensible and practical ideas.
They would also discover that most of their questions have already been answered.
Still it’s much easier to remain anonymous and to do nothing instead.
TERRY FULKES,
St Clement’s Road,
Boscombe
