COLLECTION DAY: Poole bins awaiting emptying
THE Borough of Poole has decided that all our blue wheelie bins are too small and all our black ones are too big.
I have just had a heated argument and been threatened with a £60 fine for not allowing them to remove my large black bin.
Living on my own I find a fortnightly recycling collection works very well and my black bin does not require emptying every week.
What is the point of taking perfectly serviceable bins away to be burnt and replaced by new ones at enormous expense?
