YET again the government has added confusion to the “5 a-day” diet; however the easy way to ensure the right amount of vitamins is a good quality tablet of Vitamin E. Obviously fresh fruit and veg is better but at 5p a tablet it ensures the body gets the right amount.
As for the so-called experts the BBC seem to rock-up suggesting drinking orange juice. Anybody with arthritis or on some medication should avoid citrus fruits.
