2010 has been an interesting year for us. We've won the EDF Energy Website of the Year Award.
We hit some new records for readers and page impressions. We tried new ways of doing things (some of them even worked.)

So thanks for your humour, your willingness to correct our mistakes, to accept our apologies and above all, talk to us.
