Bon viveur
2:07pm Monday 25th August 2008
Whether it's toast and tea, coffee and cereal or a full English, breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. Despite this, one in six children, two in five teenagers, and one in five adults in the UK skip breakfast every day. However, this week is National Breakfast Week and Kellogg's is setting out to change the nation's attitudes about our morning meal. Double Olympic athlete Dame Kelly Holmes has been emphasising the importance breakfast plays in raising energy levels and performance.
