EXTREME have announced a Southampton Guildhall date on November 21 as part of their Take Us Alive tour.
The band took the music scene by storm in 1990 with debut album Pornograffitti boasting groove-laden swaggering numbers and the number one hit More Than Words.
The band's trademark sound is a mix of hard rock funk in the spirit and style OF Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Queen & Van Halen - fuelled by Nuno Bettencourts signature guitar riffs AND Gary Cherone's resonant vocals.
The tour follows the release of Extreme's first studio album in 13 years Saudades de Rock which is out on August 4th.
The band's current line-up features Gary Cherone - lead vocals; Nuno Bettencourt - lead guitar, harmony vocals, backing vocals; Pat Badger - bass, backing vocals and Kevin Figueiredo - drums, percussion.
