Artist: Crystal Arcade
Group Members: Ross Rolph - lead vocals, rhythm guitar and keyboards, Mike Rolph on bass and backing vocals, Daniel Ratcliff on lead guitar and Matt Skeats on drums/percussion and backing vocals.
Profile: Crystal Arcade have had a great start to 2008 having supported chart acts Palladium and Alphabeat as well as getting to the semi-finals of the Dorset Unsigned Music Awards. They’ve been gigging heavily and playing to packed venues – and have started hitting some in London too. Artist: Andy Grant
Profile: Andy Grant plays an original, rootsy mixture of blues, rock and jazz on guitar, vocal and stompbox. After fleeing a job in an South African gold mine, Andy made ends meet playing his music on street corners from Melbourne to Copenhagen. When playing live he incorporates growly vocals, infectious rhythms and guitar skills that turn the devil green. He is currently gigging in and around the Dorset area, promoting his new CD Hole in the Sky, which has had a great response from fans and local press and radio. Artist: Lou Brown
Profile: Acoustic singer/songwriter Lou Brown was hailed as the Forest FM Breakthrough Artist of the Month in February and she embarks on a string of live shows in Iowa and Chicago throughout March. In 2003 Lou won the Southwest’s Young Achiever of the Year Award followed by an impressive £5000 grant from the Prince’s Trust to fund her first major album project. Her debut album What Are You Singing About was released in September 2007 at a packed Centre Stage in Bournemouth and has received huge critical acclaim. Artist: Abby Ferguson
Profile: Singer/songwriter Abby is 14 years old. She started playing the guitar at the age of 12, and writing songs shortly after. She's recently auditioned for Live & Unsigned, and has made it through to the Live Semi-Final stages at Southampton.

Band Name: Cause For Concern
Group Members: Geoff - Vocals, Alex - Bass , Rob - Drums and Stu - Guitar.
Profile: CFC began in mid/late 2005, originally formed by Alex and Stu, with Geoff and Rob joining the band in 2006. The quintet are no-strangers to battle of the bands competitions, winning events at the Joiners and Mr Kyps. They also came away with two awards from the Startrail Dorset Competition in the summer of 2007. In November 2006, the boys played to a 2,000 plus-strong crowd when they supported US artist NeYo at the Landmarc. The outfit received massive local media coverage in July 2007, following a charity event organised by them in aid of Tenovus' & Testicular Cancer Research, prompted by shock of a friend developing the disease at the age of 15. They released their debut album White Noise at the end of October 2007.

Band Name: Henry's Phonograph
Group Members: Fred Tyson Brown - Vocals, Keys + Guitars, Angus Rudd - Guitars, Keys + Vocals, Chriz - Drums, Jake Meaden - Bass guitar, Christopher - Economy Drum set and vocals
Profile: Conceived in the bloom cloud of Chernobyl Henry found his Phonograph amongst a flange of Wimborne’s famed dangerous youth culture. Since inception they have toured Dorset extensively and have sought to reconcile Post Cold War politics with the cultural poverty that is UK today. Their latest recordings have been forged in the depths of a genuine disused Cold War labyrinth bunker near Cranborne, the location remains a mystery to all but the Phonographers. The band have gathered friends and supporters by appearing at the legendary “Overtoom 301” in Amsterdam and make regular forays to that famed city. Discover more at myspace.com/henrysphonograph

Band Name: Fearne
Group Members: Alex Beds - Guitars, Keys + Lead Vocals, Tom Slade - Drums, Bongo's, Percussion + Backing Vocals and Nick Bryson - Bass, Synthesizers + Backing Vocals.
Profile: Fearne are an indie acoustic trio. In the two years they have been together, Fearne have played dozens of established venues around the country in places ranging from Bournemouth to London to Exeter to Bristol. They tour a lot & love playing in new venues. They are out on the road again in February. If you would like to see Fearne play at your venue, please contact them at fearne@selectionrecords.co.uk
Likewise, if you would like Fearne to play at your house/flat/shed then that can be arranged. When the debut album Colour in a World of Grey was released on the week of the 1st September 2007, it entered the Borders National chart at number 41. Group Members: Dave McCormack - Vocals + piano, Craig Montgomery - Guitar, Lewis Adams - Guitar + backing vocals, Kevin Anderson - Bass guitar and David Jackson-Mayo - Drums + backing vocals.
Profile: Lostaura are a Bournemouth based 5-piece indie/rock band, playing many venues around the south of England. They are influenced by the likes of Editors, Muse and Foo Fighters and were asked to support the popular act Milburn who are signed to Mercury Records when they played at The Fire Station. Band Name: Jamie's Gone
Group Members: Alex Deutsch - Vocals + Rhythm Guitar aged 17, Cherry Morris - Lead Guitar + Backing Vocals - 18 and Josh Newport - Bass - 17
Profile: Formally known as Fistfull Of Jamie but due to 'artistic differences' Jamie (the drummer) left. Hence the name Jamie's Gone. The trio have a few gigs under their belt, namely at the Portman Pub.
