PIRATES will begin their SGB Premiership title assault with a trip to Wolverhampton on Monday, March 26.

The visit to Monmore comes three days after the club's season-opening 70th anniversary meeting at Wimborne Road.

A Knockout Cup double header against Somerset follows on Friday, March 30 with Poole's first home league meeting being against Wolverhampton on Wednesday, April 4.

Wimborne Road will host the SGB Premiership Riders' Championship on Wednesday, May 9, with an avalanche of top talent set to descend on Dorset.

August is Pirates' busiest month with no fewer than seven league fixtures scheduled, culminating in a meeting at King's Lynn for Neil Middleditch's side.
