EDWARD Kennett has vowed to give his all for Pirates as he bids to help the club reach the SGB Premiership play-offs.
The 30-year-old was signed by Poole chief Matt Ford as a replacement for misfiring spearhead Krzysztof Kasprzak 10 days ago.
And he gave an all-action display on his debut, scoring a solid seven points in the defeat to Somerset last week.
Kennett told the Daily Echo: "Poole have always looked after me. Matt has always given me opportunities and guest bookings and I have tried to do a good job.
"I always get a good reception down there from the fans so I'm pleased to be back there after quite a few years.
"Krzysztof was going through a bit of a bad moment which was not ideal for him but and I just have to go out and enjoy my racing again and do my job.
"I have to score as many points as I can every week and give 100 per cent.
"There is not so much pressure on me now and I can go out and enjoy my riding."
A two-time British under-21 champion, Kennett has had two previous spells at Wimborne Road, which were the 2005 and 2007 seasons.
