PIRATES reserve Kyle Newman has been drafted into the England quartet that will contest Sunday’s season-opening Ben Fund Bonanza.

The Wimborne Road favourite took the place of Adam Roynon after the Peterborough rider had withdrawn as his equipment was not ready.

England will face Australia, Denmark and Poland at Swindon’s Abbey Stadium circuit (4pm).

Poland have brought in Nike Lunna in place of Adam Skornicki as the latter could not arrange travel to the meeting.
