ACE kicker James Mikolajewski produced a stylish match-clinching performance as Wimborne captured the Southern Counties South title with a runaway 31-7 home win over Tadley.
Mikolajewski ran in two tries and punted three conversions in the All Blacks’ penultimate league game.
Steve King and Jim Brokenshire, with a superb second-half solo effort, also touched down for Wimborne.
The Leigh Parkers’ triumph, coupled with Frome’s 30-23 defeat at Corsham, handed the All Blacks the crown.
They are already looking ahead to consolidating their hard-earned South West One East status next term.
Mikolajewski said: “Although we got off to a disappointing start with home losses to Frome and North Dorset and an away defeat at Corsham, 13 straight victories since November established us as the strongest side in the league.
“We know from experience it will be a difficult challenge playing at the higher level. But our squad is determined to establish the club at South West One East standard next season.
“We’re really looking forward to derbies against Swanage & Wareham and Oakmeadians again.”
