BOURNEMOUTH head coach David Dunn has highlighted tomorrow’s clash against rivals Oxford Harlequins as key to Lions’ top-three quest.
The Chapel Gate outfit sit fourth in National League Three South West, with Quins the team they need to leapfrog to finish in their desired position.
Having battled out what Dunn described as a “very dour” 5-5 draw when the teams met in Oxfordshire, the Bournemouth chief is confident of a victory on home turf.
He said: “They’ve got what we want. It looks like the first two are established.
“We finished third last season and we are aiming for that again this time, so it’s a big game for us.
“We’ve got to make sure we pull back the advantage they have got over us.
“Oxford are going well but we always fancy ourselves at home. We’re hoping home advantage will count in our favour.”
Adam Higgins misses out after suffering a broken thumb in the defeat to second-placed Old Patesians last weekend.

Fourth-placed Swans hand a first start at tight-head prop to Ricky Woodard, with John Sheldrake rested.
Meanwhile, Oaks coach James Croker said: “We have quite a few missing, but we still name a strong side nevertheless.”
In Southern Counties South, promotion-chasers Wimborne are without injured quartet Steve King, James Mikolajewski, Jamie Hawkings and Jay van Wyk for their home clash against Corsham, while both Andy Unwin and Denny Champ are doubtful.
Elsewhere, North Dorset have a number of players unavailable for their home game against Minety, so coach Peter Kennedy has called up members of the club’s Colts side. Ex-Bournemouth player Jayson Kenny could make his debut.
