PAIGE Darvill-White scored two tries and a conversion as Ellingham & Ringwood lifted the National Challenge Division Two South title thanks to a 27-0 win at Seaford.

Charlotte Smith and Anna Stephenson went over in the first half to give the visitors a 10-0 lead at the break.

Darvill-White's double sandwiched a try from captain Ellis Collins as Ellingham & Ringwood ran out convincing winners in East Sussex.

Ellingham coach Henry Benson said: “I am delighted that our women’s team’s hard work has been rewarded with this league title.

“It is even more satisfying to achieve this in our 50th anniversary season and we are all looking forward to celebrating it at our golden jubilee ball next Saturday."
