BOURNEMOUTH RFC’s pre-season preparations will kick off tomorrow as the club hosts a family day in memory of former player Sam Yarwood.
Lions will host first and second team fixtures (both 2pm) against Midlands-based Camp Hill, the club which Yarwood represented as a youngster before going on to play for the first-team.
There will also be hog roast, barbecue and bouncy castle for the children as players and supporters of both clubs celebrate the life of Yarwood, who died in a canoeing accident in the Lake District in April 2011.
