James off the mark in TP Tour Series

SIX-time European Challenge Tour winner Lee James won his maiden TP Tour Series title at Old Fold Manor.
Despite several wins on the rival Jamega Tour last year, it was the first victory for James on the other British-based circuit.
The Parkstone-based profession¬ al collected £2,000 after shooting a six-under-par 65 for a one-shot victory on the Hertfordshire course.
James, who has twice won and lost his European Tour playing privileges, is hoping to earn enough money for a third attempt at the big time.
