DORSET'S Georgia Hall hopes a change of clubs can inspire her to further success on the Ladies' European Tour.

The 20-year-old is set to tee it up at her first LET event of the season – the £490,000 World Ladies' Championship – in China (11.30pm GMT).

And Wimborne-based Hall, who featured in last month's Honda LPGA Thailand, has new clubs to accompany her.

She told the Daily Echo: "I needed a new set because of wear. They are still Titleist but the lies have changed.

"I've got a new rescue and new wedges but I'm still using the same driver, although I am going to get a new head put on it.

"The lies are two degrees stronger and they have cut the faces of my wedges to help the bounce a bit more but apart from that they are pretty much the same."

Ranked 103 in the world, the former Oakmead College pupil is relishing the task ahead at Mission Hills.

She added: "I think it's a really good course but the weather was terrible last year. Hopefully, this time it will be a little bit better.

"I'm looking forward to playing my first Ladies' European Tour event of the year because it's been a few months."
