BOURNEMOUTH'S Georgia Hall produced a stunning, six-under-par 64 – the joint-lowest round of the day – to surge into the top 20 at the French Open.
Hovering around a cut line at the start of play, the Ladies' European Tour rookie sunk no fewer than seven birdies and one eagle at Golf De Chantaco.
The only other player to shoot 64 was Hall's playing partner Emily Kristine Pedersen, who holds the overnight lead on nine-under, some nine shots clear of Hall.
Brokenhurst Manor's Liz Young sits on one-over after firing a three-over 73.
