BOURNEMOUTH’S Georgia Hall can start life on the Ladies’ European Tour in the fast lane after passing her driving test.
The teenager, who will next month make her debut as a full member of the tour in the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco, successfully shed her L-plates yesterday.
Hall won a £50,000 Mercedes after carding a hole-in-one at the Dubai Ladies Masters in December but is likely to sell the car to help fund her on tour this season.
The 18-year-old, who only turned pro in July, had been having an intensive course of driving lessons since winning the top-of-the-range luxury saloon.
Hall, who is attached to Parkstone Golf Club, is planning to head to Dubai next month to gear up for the new season with a spell of warm-weather practice.
