PARKSTONE pro Georgia Hall made the cut at the Dubai Ladies Masters today after surging up the standings.
The 18-year-old, due to compete at tour school final qualifying next week, had carded a three-over-par 75 in her first round at Emirates Golf Club but improved markedly in her second outing.
Kinson-based Hall shot a three-under 69 – one of the lowest rounds of the day – and made the cut at the Ladies European Tour event by three shots.
At the close of play, China’s world number five Shanshan Feng led the field on 11-under with England star Charley Hull her nearest challenger on seven-under.
Meanwhile, Hall’s Parkstone colleague Sophie Keech missed out on progress to tour school final qualifying today.
The youngster fired three-over at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Morocco and finished on 27-over, some three shots short of the qualifying mark.
