POOLE Town vice-chairman Chris Reeves has this afternoon confirmed the FA has given Tatnam the green light to host Southern League football next season.

Ground grading officials last week recommended Dolphins' home as suitable for the next level, after the club had worked round the clock for three weeks to upgrade their facilities.

And the FA yesterday confirmed it had approved the improved ground - leaving the door open for Dolphins to seal promotion with their third successive Wessex League title.

Tom Killick's side are closing in on the title, sitting three points clear of Winchester City at the top of the table with a massive six games in hand.
