SECOND-half goals from Brad Morris, Sam Jackson, Kabba Jack and Lewis Ross earned Bashley a convincing 4-0 win over Hythe & Dibden in the second qualifying round of the FA Vase.

Following an uneventful opening period, the contest burst to life when Bash opened the scoring within a minute of the restart.

Although Hythe goalkeeper Matt Fredericks parried a fierce shot from Jack, it was returned with interest by Morris who netted from the edge of the box.

A well-flighted corner by Harrison White 10 minutes later was met at the far post by Jackson who celebrated his first senior goal.

Goal-hungry Jack, who had suffered a frustrating first half, put himself out of his misery and the game beyond the visitors after latching on to a through ball and slotting home after bamboozling the over-worked Fredericks.

The orchestration behind the Bash revival was the energetic Ross and it was only fitting that he should score the final goal.

Victory set up a home tie with Western League Premier Division outfit Bridgwater Town in the first round on October 21.
