HAYWARD Sunday League rivals West Howe and West Mullen do battle in the final of the MA Hart Lawrence A Brivati Cup tonight.
Division Four title-chasers West Howe, currently second, will start the Hurn Bridge showdown as favourites against seventh-placed West Mullen (7.30pm).
However, West Mullen have excelled in cup competitions this season and, as well as winning through to this final, they reached the quarter-finals of the MA Hart Robbins Cup where they were edged out 3-2 by Division One big guns Talbot Rangers.
Ritchie Whiting's double helped West Howe register a 4-2 win over West Mullen when they met in the league in December with the reverse fixture due to take place on the final day of the season.
