VICE-chairman Chris Reeves has predicted Poole Town's home will soon be transformed.
Dolphins must hit ground grading requirements by the end of this month and the first of the terracing units had been scheduled to be installed today.
Tom Killick's side are tomorrow set to host fellow National South high-fliers Hungerford at the Black Gold Stadium (3pm).
Reeves told the Daily Echo: "The supporters coming to the game will see a very different ground.
"Supporters will be able to get a feel for what the ground is going to look like. Quite frankly, we are going to be transforming it.
"Essentially, the groundworks are done, there are just a few areas of tidying up."
Reeves, who last week admitted the club still needed to bring in £25,000 before the end of March, added: "As far as fundraising goes, we are very hopeful of selling advertising on the terracing units and once they are in that's going to be a big push.
"The income from that source will play a big part in our hopes and expectations to make sure we get over the line with all the money we need."
Poole are fourth in National South, eight points behind league leaders Ebbsfleet.
