POOLE Town are set to announce a naming rights deal for their Tatnam headquarters.

The National South outfit has agreed a five-year contract with Black Gold Developments of Poole.

Tatnam, the club’s home since 2005, will be known as the Black Gold Stadium.

Although the sum involved will remain confidential, it will go towards helping Poole continue to upgrade their facilities.

The Dolphins are facing the prospect of being relegated from National South unless they can find £70,000 to get their ground up to scratch.

They must find the cash before the end of March or will be demoted back to the Southern League.

Poole, who were crowned Southern League champions last year, were given the green light to stage step two football at Tatnam on the proviso the venue met National League ground-grading criteria by March 31.

  • Fourth-placed Poole tomorrow host second-placed Ebbsfleet at Tatnam in the National South match of the day (3pm kick-off).
