POOLE Town boss Tom Killick looks set to dip into the club's under-18s side for tonight's Southern League Cup trip to Weymouth.

Harrison White, Ollie Davis and George Richardson – the son of non-league legend Taffy – should all be in the Dolphins squad for the second-round tie.

Will Spetch is back in contention having missed Saturday's 1-1 Southern Premier draw at Dunstable through suspension. However, Richard Gillespie and Jamie Gleeson are out.

Killick told the Daily Echo: "This will be a game in which we give opportunities to the younger players.

"We'll look to use some of our talented under-21s and under-18s, as well as two or three first-team players who haven't had much game time recently.

"People like Will, Alan Connell and Toby Holmes are in contention and it will be a useful-looking side."

Poppies will aim to close the gap on 17th-placed Fawley when they entertain mid-table Team Solent in the Sydenhams Wessex Premier. Lymington take on Cowes Sports at Westwood Park.

In Wessex One, new signings Sam Olanipekun, Shane Sheridan and Sam Cummings could feature for a new-look New Milton when they travel to Wessex One rivals Downton (all kick-offs 7.45pm).
