CARL Poore has stepped down as manager of Verwood Town.
The 32-year-old departed after a 16-month spell at the Potterne Park outfit.
Poore guided Verwood to Sydenhams Wessex Premier safety last term and presided over a memorable run to the last 64 in the FA Vase.
Ten days ago, he led the Potters to their first win in the FA Cup when they defeated Newport 2-0.
