POOLE Town boss Tom Killick admits he faces a tough decision over whether to recall Marvin Brooks for tomorrow's home clash with Banbury (7.45pm).

Midfielder Brooks has not featured for the Southern Premier title chasers since he picked up an ankle problem against Cambridge 16 days ago.

Dolphins have taken one point out of a possible 12 in that time and trail league leaders Corby by four points - although they have two games in hand.

And Killick revealed he had mixed feelings over whether to restore Brooks to the fold.

The boss told the Daily Echo: "It's a difficult one with injuries. We're desperate for points but if Marvin tried to come back on Tuesday and got a knock, he would play no further role in the season.

"He's desperate to play and we've really missed him. He's so powerful in midfield and gives us such a presence. He gives us a good balance.

"It's a horrible feeling as a manager because part of me wants to push him out there but the other part of me knows we have got massive games to come including the prospect of playing Corby in a must-win game.

"You want people like Marvin available for those fixtures."

Centre-half Michael Walker is once again set to miss out with a foot injury.
