POOLE Town boss Tom Killick has urged his team to play with “more freedom” when they host Redditch United tomorrow (3pm).
Second-placed Dolphins have not won back-to-back games in the Southern Premier since November.
Killick told the Daily Echo: “Redditch are flying high in the league so it’s one of those games where people will think we could slip up.
“We have had a sticky patch and have dropped some points. But we can gain confidence from the win over Burnham and, hopefully, start playing with a bit more freedom.
“The performance on Tuesday was not brilliant but I’m hoping that the win and the resilience we showed will give us a boost.”
Meanwhile, Poole have been drawn at home to Truro City in the Southern League Cup quarter-final on Tuesday, February 3.
Dolphins will travel to Weymouth for the Dorset Senior Cup semi-final on Tuesday, March 3. Wimborne Town are set to journey to Dorchester in the other last-four clash.
