LOAN: Mike Gosney has joined Poole Town for a month.
POOLE Town have boosted their attacking options ahead of today’s trip to Burnham with the loan signing of Mike Gosney from Conference South club Gosport Borough.
Predominantly a winger, the flexible 26-year-old made his name at AFC Totton with more than 150 goals and 300 appearances in eight years at Testwood Park.
Gosney trialled with Reading, Millwall and Wycombe Wanderers while with the Stags three years ago and before switching to Borough in the summer of 2013.
Equally comfortable playing behind the frontline, the new signing is eligible to make his debut this afternoon and intially joins Dolphins for one month.
